    • Is SLED PACK 100% waterproof?

      Yes, the Sled Pack is waterproof (ip65). The backpack has special coating and water resistant zippers, which protect it from water penetration. This means that in even heavy rain conditions, your belongings will stay safe and dry inside the Sled Pack. However, the bag is not intended to protect your belongings when thrown in a pool :) All electronics are also safe during the rain.

    • Is it safe for children?

      We use only safe materials in our products. The backpack itself is made from Cordura nylon fabric. We also pick and test all the electronics very carefully and can assure you that everything is safe inside.

    • Does it warm up?

      No, the Sled Pack does not warm up. The built-in electronics does not require a lot of energy so it always stays the same temperature.

    • Do you have certificates that it is safe?

      During the mass production we’ll also run a certification process, so yes - all products will have all needed certificates. You can be sure you receive high-quality and safe product.

    • Will my laptop fit inside Sled Pack?

      Sled Pack has a special pocket to keep your laptop safe and secure while you’re on the go. This pocket is big enough for all laptops up to 15”.

    • Does Sled Pack come with power bank?

      Yes, it comes with a 7000mh powerbank with any purchase of the Sled Pack. You can always connect any other standard power bank that has a 2.0A output.

    • How do I upload visual content to Sled Pack?

      You will need to download our free app “Space LED” for iOS/Android devices and pair Sled Pack with your smartphone via WiFi.

    • What type of visual content is supported by Sled Pack?

      Sled Light supports any images, animations and widgets.
      You can either create your own images and animations or choose from the existing library.

    • How do I create my own images and animations for Sled Pack?

      You’ll find a special drawing tool in the “Space LED” app.

    • Is the backpack washing machine proof?

      The backpack is not washing machine proof, however, since the Sled Pack is made from water repellent material, the backpack is already better protected against dirt and stains. However, it is easily washable with a wet cloth or wipe.

    • What is the weight of the backpack?

      The weight of the empty Sled Light backpack is 2.1lbs. (950g) with a powerbank.

    • Is there a warranty on the backpack?

      Here at Sled Light, we stand behind all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, simply send it back, and we will refund you, no questions asked. But don't worry, we know you are going to love it!
